Rubber sheets

A wide range of rubber sheets, different types, sizes and hardness:

• both sides smooth
• one or both sides with textile pattern
• without ports – width from 1000mm to 1600mm
• with ports –  width from 1300mm to 1600mm
• Sheet thickness from 0.5mm to 40mm
• rubber plates resistant to abrasion with or without CR layer

Application:

• cleaning of conveyor belts
• coating drums
• protection against mechanical damage
• protection against heat, vibration, noise and moisture
• electrical isolation and antistatic protection

Types of rubber sheets

A	NR - Natural rubber	- Good flexibility - Good physical and mechanical properties - Resistant to solutions of acids and bases - Lower thermal resistance - It is not resistant to petrol and oil	P40 orange red: food quality (FDA), BfR XXI, Cat. II / 1.4.2006 A35 black: anti-sticking dust A40 red or gray: leaves no stains and seals A65 black: non staining, abrasion-resistant (max. 120 mm3), smooth or with factory imprint
B	SBR - Styrene butadiene rubber	- Good heat resistance - Good mechanical properties - Resistant to solutions of acids and bases - It is not resistant to petrol and oil	B60-Y-W-WL black: abrasion resistant rubber B67 black: antistatic (max. 5000 Ω) B70 gray: for electrical isolation, 35kV and 50kV
C	NBR - Acrylonitrile rubber	- Good mechanical properties - Resistant to vegetable and mineral oils - Resistant to petrol containing up to 30% aromatics - Low elasticity - Smaller ozone resistance	C55 black: medium resistant to oil and grease C60 blue: medium resistant to oil and lubricants + food quality (FDA) C70 Black: resistant to oils and lubricants
Cl IIR	IIR - butyl, Cl IIR - cyclobutyl rubber	- Good heat resistance - Good resistance to ozone - Resistant to polar solvents - Resistant to acids and bases - It is not resistant to petrol and oil	Cl IIR45 Black: acid and heat resistant
D ili CR	CR - chloroprene rubber	- Good physical and mechanical properties - Good resistance to ozone - Resistant to aliphatic oils - It is not resistant to petrol	CR layer: it has very good adhesion properties (for coating drums or other rubber panels)
E	EPDM - ethylene propylene rubber	- Good heat resistance - Good resistance to ozone - Resistant to polar solvents	E60 Black: resistance to ozone and heat, with or without EP port
