Chevron conveyor belts

Chevron belts are the right answer when the conveyor needs a steeper incline — from 22° to 40°. Standard profile heights are 16, 25 and 32 mm.

When they are used

Belts with a smooth surface are suitable for conveying packaged and loose goods up to an incline angle of 22°, which is the upper limit. Chevron belts are the right answer when a steeper incline is required (from 22 to 40°).

Applications

The second type of cleated belt uses transverse cleats made to the customer's specification in heights of 20–110 mm.

Chevron conveyor belts can be spliced by cold bonding, hot vulcanising and mechanical fasteners, and can be supplied endless to the customer's requirement.
