Profiled conveyor belts
Supergrip, finegrip and noppen — belts with a special rubber cover and a high coefficient of friction that stop material sliding back on horizontal and inclined conveyors.
Three surface patterns
On horizontal and inclined conveyors the material can slide off the belt. Belts with a special rubber cover and a high coefficient of friction are used to prevent this.
- Supergrip — for steep inclines and wet conditions
- Finegrip — easier to clean, used where dust and fine material are present
- Noppen — for very light and free-rolling material, easy to clean
Profiled conveyor belts can be spliced by cold bonding, hot vulcanising and mechanical fasteners, and can be supplied endless to the customer's requirement. Extra belt length is needed for the splice, depending on the method used.
