Sidewall conveyor belts

For conveying material up an incline so steep that the material would otherwise slide or roll back. The corrugated rubber sidewalls and the transverse cleats are vulcanised to the top cover of the belt and form a single unit.

Splicing sidewall conveyor belts

Belts can be spliced by cold bonding or hot vulcanising, and can be supplied endless to the customer's requirement. Extra belt length is needed for the splice, depending on the method used.

Endless belts for concrete mixer trucks are made in the standard sizes 300×9,300 mm, 300×14,690 mm, 400×14,690 mm and 800×16,900 mm, with one or two cassettes.
