Rubber conveyor belts
We manufacture five types of rubber conveyor belt — smooth, elevator, profiled, chevron and sidewall. All are built to the customer's required construction, dimensions and cover quality.
Construction
From the EP fabric to the finished splice
The belt is built around an EP fabric (polyester warp and polyamide weft), a special rubber skim layer with good adhesion properties and an abrasion-resistant cover. The cover quality can also be produced to the customer's own specification.
- Widths: 400, 500, 650, 800, 1,000, 1,200, 1,400, 1,600, 1,800 and 2,000 mm
- Tensile strengths from EP 250 N/mm to EP 3150 N/mm
- Special versions: flame-retardant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, Ripcheck, slider bed
- Splicing: hot vulcanised, cold bonded, mechanical fasteners, endless manufacture
